Summary
FocusCrawl Pro is a design SaaS that turns a URL into a Web3 landing page. We are privacy-first by design: visitors are anonymous by default (a Firebase Anonymous Auth UID, no email required), IPs are hashed before storage for rate-limit accounting only, and we never touch your wallet, private keys or funds. We don't sell data and don't run third-party advertising trackers.
Data we collect
- Anonymous session UID — issued by Firebase Authentication on first visit; lets us enforce the free-tier daily limit per browser without asking for an email.
- Email address — only if you upgrade to Creator or Pro, or explicitly request beta access. Stored by Firebase Authentication.
- Subscription & billing — handled by our payment processor (currently Stripe; Cryptomus may be added). We receive your subscription status, plan tier and customer reference. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or wallet address.
- Prompts & generated content — the public URLs you paste and the text/images we generate on your behalf. Generated drafts are kept for up to 7 days; temporary preview pages are deleted after 10 minutes by an automated cron job.
- Hashed IP — SHA-256 of your IP plus a server-side salt, kept for up to 48 hours strictly for rate-limit accounting. We never store the raw IP.
- Technical logs — browser user-agent, error and timing signals needed to keep the service stable and detect abuse.
How we use it
To run the service for you: render the editor, generate landing pages, enforce free-tier limits, charge the right plan, send transactional email (welcome, account, billing), prevent abuse and fix bugs. We do not sell personal data, do not use it for third-party advertising, and do not train any AI model on the content you paste or generate.
Sub-processors
Each provider only receives the data needed to perform its specific function:
- Google Firebase — Authentication, Firestore (account + draft storage), Storage (generated images), Cloud Functions (backend), Hosting.
- Google Cloud Vertex AI / AI Studio — computer vision models read the screenshot you ask us to inspire from; image generation models produce hero visuals. Prompts & outputs are processed transiently — Google does not train on them under our enterprise terms.
- Microsoft Azure — image generation models (one of the providers in our routing pipeline). Prompts & outputs are processed transiently.
- Stripe — subscription billing (fiat USD/BRL).
- Cryptomus — alternative payment processor (when enabled).
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Firecrawl / Context API / Decodo — public-URL screenshotting service used to fetch the inspiration page. Only the URL you paste is sent; no personal data goes through.
Wallets & crypto data — what we do NOT collect
FocusCrawl is a design tool. We do not store, custody, transmit or have access to:
- Wallet addresses, public keys, private keys, seed phrases or any wallet credential.
- Funds, tokens, NFTs or any on-chain asset.
- Smart contract code from your project (you may paste an address into a published page for display purposes, but we never interact with it on-chain).
- Trading history, balances, or any financial transaction data.
The "Connect Wallet" button rendered on generated pages is a visual placeholder. It does not initiate any wallet connection. To make it functional, the page owner must integrate Web3Modal / RainbowKit themselves when exporting.
Your rights (GDPR / LGPD)
You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of your personal data at any time. You can also object to processing, restrict it, or withdraw consent. Email privacy@focuscrawl.pro — we respond within 15 days. If you're in the EU/UK you can also complain to your local DPA; if you're in Brazil, to ANPD.
Cookies & local storage
We use only what's necessary: an authentication cookie set by Firebase to keep you signed in, and localStorage to remember your editor preferences and Pro-tier bypass token. No third-party advertising, retargeting, or analytics trackers are deployed.
International data transfers
Generated images and drafts are stored on Google Cloud (default region: us-central1). Billing data is processed by Stripe (US/Ireland) or Cryptomus depending on your method. Where data crosses borders we rely on the provider's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or adequacy decisions.
Minors
FocusCrawl is not directed to people under 18. If you believe a minor created an account, email us and we will delete it.
