Manage your subscription
If you already have a paid plan, you can self-serve everything below via the Stripe Customer Portal — no need to email us first.
From there you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade between Creator and Pro, update your card, download invoices, and change your billing email. Sign in with the email tied to your subscription.
What we support
- Generating, editing and publishing Web3 landing pages through the FocusCrawl Pro workspace.
- Subscription tier questions (Free / Creator / Pro), upgrades, downgrades, cancellations.
- Refunds and billing under our Refund Policy.
- Data access and deletion requests under our Privacy Policy.
- Bug reports — please include browser, OS, the URL you pasted, and what you expected vs what happened.
What we don't support
- Custom Web3Modal / RainbowKit integration — that's wired by you on export, see your wallet provider's docs.
- Smart contract deployment, audit, or on-chain operations of any kind.
- Investment advice, project valuation, token price questions.
- Third-party platforms (Stripe disputes, hosting providers other than us, etc.) — we'll redirect you to the right team.
Service status & outages
If something feels broken, first check whether it's a generation issue (try a different URL) or a service-wide issue. We post outage updates from hello@focuscrawl.pro when active. Major incidents are also posted on our X account.

How fast is "fast"? When do I hear back?
For billing and account issues: within 1 business day. For general questions and bug reports: within 2 business days. For security disclosures: within 24 hours.
Why does my generated page expire after 10 minutes?
Free-tier and unauthenticated previews live for 10 minutes — that's an anti-abuse measure to keep the service free for everyone. Paid plans (Pro) get permanent published pages and a downloadable HTML/CSS bundle so you can self-host.
The Connect Wallet button doesn't actually connect — is that a bug?
By design. The Connect Wallet button on generated pages is a visual placeholder only. To make it functional, wire your preferred wallet library (Web3Modal, RainbowKit, AppKit) on export — we never touch user wallets.
I pasted my brand URL and the result feels off. What can I tune?
Open the page in the studio editor (the "Open editor" link on the temporary preview banner). You can swap fonts, panel background colors, bold/italic, change the layout (full background, banner top/bottom, image left/right), add a Call to Action button, and inline-edit any text by clicking it.
Can I pay in crypto?
Yes, via Cryptomus (when enabled). Crypto payments are converted to fiat before reaching us — we never receive or hold tokens. Refund amounts are based on the fiat value at the time of charge.
Do you have an API?
Not yet — it's on the roadmap for late 2026. If you have a specific use case, email hello@focuscrawl.pro and we'll keep you in the loop.
Reporting abuse
If you see a published FocusCrawl page being used for misleading promotion, impersonation, phishing or other abuse, send the URL plus what's wrong to abuse@focuscrawl.pro. We review and take down within 24 hours when warranted.
