What FocusCrawl is

FocusCrawl Pro is a software-as-a-service ("SaaS") tool that helps you generate landing pages for Web3 projects (memecoin, DeFi protocol, NFT collection, dApp, etc.). It is a design tool — same category as Figma, Webflow or Canva — with a vertical focus on the Web3 audience. By using the service you ("you", "user", "customer") agree to these Terms.

Crypto & Web3 — what we are NOT

This section is critical for both compliance and our customers' clarity. FocusCrawl Pro does not:

• Hold, custody, or transmit any funds, tokens, NFTs or wallet credentials at any time.
• Deploy, audit, advise on, or take responsibility for smart contracts or tokenomics of any project built using our landing pages.
• Execute, broker or facilitate any trade, swap, mint, stake, airdrop or on-chain action.
• Provide investment advice, project endorsement, price predictions or financial recommendations of any kind.
• Operate as an exchange, broker, payment processor for crypto-to-crypto, MSB, money transmitter, or any regulated financial institution.

You are solely responsible for the content, claims, on-chain actions and regulatory compliance of any project you build using FocusCrawl. You agree not to use the service to mislead buyers, impersonate a known project, promote pump-and-dump schemes, or distribute pages that violate securities, consumer-protection or anti-fraud laws in any jurisdiction.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By signing up you confirm you meet both.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to impersonate another person, brand or project, or to generate pages that mislead buyers about token utility, team, contract address, or audit status.
• Submit URLs for content you don't have permission to reference (we filter the obvious — banks, adult, government — but final responsibility is yours).
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically copy our infrastructure, prompts, generation output, or compliance pages (we serve a decoy to non-browser clients; respect it).
• Use the service for spam, phishing, malware distribution, sanctions evasion, money laundering, or terrorism financing.
• Resell, white-label or sublicense the service without our written permission.

Plans & billing

We offer a free tier with daily limits and watermarked output, plus paid plans (Creator and Pro) with expanded features. Prices are listed on the Pricing page and are charged in fiat currency (USD or BRL). Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Billing is handled by third-party processors:

• Stripe — credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
• Cryptomus — alternative payment method (when enabled). Crypto payments are processed by Cryptomus and converted to fiat before reaching us — we never receive or hold crypto.

Applicable taxes (VAT, IVA, etc.) may be added depending on your jurisdiction. We are not a Brazilian PJ for fiscal substitution at this time; the invoice issuer is our payment processor.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy for full terms. Summary: 7-day money back on your first paid subscription, prorated refunds after cancellation on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual property

You own your content. Title, subtitle, brand name and any custom text you enter belong to you. Generated images are licensed to you for unlimited commercial use on the project you built them for; we retain the right to display them as marketing examples (anonymized).

We own the tool. The FocusCrawl software, prompts, layouts, copywriting templates, brand and underlying systems remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you only for use within the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the generated content will be free of errors, that uptime will be uninterrupted, or that the service will be suitable for your specific project. Generated copy and images may contain factual inaccuracies — review before publishing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages, lost profits, or losses related to your own crypto project's success or failure.

Termination

You can cancel any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Surviving clauses: IP, liability, indemnification, governing law.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP — except where consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction grant you the right to local courts.
