We want you to be happy with FocusCrawl. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
If you cancel your first paid subscription within 7 days of charge, we refund 100%. Just email billing@focuscrawl.pro with your account email and we process it within 5 business days.
How refunds work
- Email us at billing@focuscrawl.pro from the same email tied to your subscription. Include the reason if you want to share — it helps us improve the product, but is not required within the first 7 days.
- We confirm within 2 business days that we've received the request.
- We process the refund within 5 additional business days via the original payment method.
- Bank settlement takes another 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer or processor.
After the 7-day window
If you cancel after the first week, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period — no further charges. We don't automatically refund partial months, but case-by-case prorated refunds are considered when there's a service issue on our side (extended outage, repeated failed generations, billing error).
Annual plans
Annual subscribers get 30 days money back. After 30 days, on cancellation we refund the unused months prorated (excluding any usage-based credits already consumed).
Crypto payments (via Cryptomus)
When you pay with cryptocurrency through Cryptomus, the funds are converted to fiat before reaching us. Refunds are issued in the fiat equivalent of the original payment amount, via Cryptomus, back to your wallet. Because crypto prices fluctuate, the refunded token amount may differ from what you originally sent — we refund the dollar amount paid at the time of charge, not the original token quantity.
What's not refundable
- Usage-based credits already consumed — if you used your monthly generation quota, that portion is non-refundable. Refunds apply to the remaining subscription value.
- Repeat first-time refunds — the 7-day money back is per-customer, not per-subscription. If you cancel, re-subscribe and cancel again, we'll review the second refund case-by-case.
- Accounts terminated for Terms violations — abuse, fraud, impersonation, or use of the service for misleading projects.
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. 95% of the time we can resolve the issue directly and faster than a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension while we investigate.
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you can escalate by replying to the billing email. If still unresolved, you may file a complaint with your local consumer protection agency (Procon in Brazil; equivalents in the EU/UK; the FTC in the US).
